To establish service at existing location on the system:

Proof of ownership or rental agreement (owner user agreement with deposit must be on file)

To establish service at newly constructed location where service is available:

Proof of ownership
Photo identification
$100 deposit (fully refunded with last month's billing)
$125 inspection fee (full instructions at City Hall)
